KI-Agenten.shop is Culturetek’s business division for practical AI implementation. It works with teams to understand existing processes, connect software and develop agent-supported workflows.
The project
Projects move through process analysis, system design, implementation and ongoing improvement. The team identifies bottlenecks, connects data sources and defines when an agent can act and when a person should review a decision. Typical applications include lead qualification, service-ticket routing, internal requests and reporting preparation.
